All first sessions are free of charge! This first session is where we will assess your fitness and health goals, see what schedule works best for you, and come to a concluded fitness program based on your personal goals.
With this service, you have the benefit of getting your personal training at your local gym. If you are currently not a member of a specific gym, we can set up a session at a nearby gym that is most convenient to your location or schedule.
For at-home training, you will have the convenience of getting professional help in the comfort of your own home. This would consist of me visiting you, at your desired time, and providing one on one training without the pressure, or large crowds that might be found at a commercial gym. If you don't own your own equipment, the necessary equipment can be provided.
Online coaching is a great way to get help with your fitness needs when you are dealing with a busy schedule, you're out of town, or you just prefer to get valuable training help that applies to your personal goals. This would contain weekly checkups, gaining information on your progress, answering any questions you may have, and coming to a conclusion on what is the next step the needs to be in action to achieve your personal fitness and lifestyle goals.
